Refund time

We accept product retums.You hae the right to apply for retum ithin 30 days ater receiving the product. To be eliible for a retum, youritem must be unused and in thesame condition vou received it, It must also be in its original packaging, To complete your retumn. We reouire a receipt or proof of purchase

Conditions for returning orders

Returned goods must meet the following conditions:

You need to have pictures and videos recording the status of your order.

Order cancellation time

The order cancellation deadline is 24 hours from the date you placed the order online. On collection of the Goods or on delivery to a third party, your order will not be accepted

You cannot change your order after 24 hours.

Refund option

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return shipping

In case the error is due to you or due to personal needs, you will have to bear all shipping costs when returning and this cost will not be refunded.

In case of technical errors or errors caused by the store, we will bear the shipping costs for you.

Damaged/defective goods
